Registration for the 2012 season is underway. This season we offer a discount for all 2012 Spring Flag players that register for tackle, sibling discounts, and an early registration discount before June 15th.
 

 


 

 

VANCOUVER TROJANS FOOTBALL SPEED CAMP

 

 

Hilburn Van Buckley and the team come back for their second year to help the Vancouver Trojans program. The programs will incorporate speed training and football training. Speed training is designed solely to make the athlete faster, stronger, more agile and explosive. Football training is designed to target athletic ability which the athlete learns to compete at a higher fitness level.  

 

Training program is for every position, skill level and age group from 9-18.

 

Free for all Vancouver Trojan Members 

 

Starts: June 16th - August 25th (every Saturday 12pm-2pm)

         ELITE SPEED SPORTS - LAST MAN STANDING CHALLENGE

 

 

 

The Last Man Standing Challenge is a performance based ranking system on timed events. All individuals will go through a training session first to improve their personal best time. Then compete for the Championship Cup.

 

Training sessions will focus on speed, agility, coordination and conditioning. Individualized and sport specific resistance training program. Coaches will help guide the athletes through each exercise to ensure great technique and effective training.

 

Championship Cup for Last Man Standing Challenge is in the final week of each session. Athletes then participate in receiving the best times to declare the official Championship Cup winner for each event.

 

Great for all sports, boys and girls and ages groups 6-9 / 10-14 / 15-18

SUN SET COMMUNITY FOOTBALL

Football - Speed Camp level 1 -  Introduction

 

The program starts with an introduction to basic football movement; catching, passing and running. Through the camps training, young athletes can improve speed, agility and learn to develop fundamental fitness for all sports. The program also offers creativity obstacle course and games for group play.

 

Non-contact: Age: 6-9 / 10-14 

 

Starts: July 4th - August 17th \  Monday - Wednesday - Friday  1pm-3pm
